PULIMENTOS Y ACABADOS MARÍN, SL. is an organization dedicated to floor and wall tiling, polishing, cleaning and masonry whose quality policy's primary objective is to work in such as way as to guarantee full customer satisfaction in terms of quality, compliance with requirements and time-frames and service; to achieve these aims, the organization has introduced the Quality Management System, according to the standard UNE-EN ISO 9001:2000.
The basic values of our quality policy are:
- Motivating and encouraging the participation of company staff in projects aimed at improving quality.
- Informing all our staff so that they are fully aware of their duties and this Quality Policy.
- Analysis of failures and errors that may occur in order to eliminate their causes and avoid future repetition.
- Meeting the requirements expected of us and offering better services than our competitors to increase customer satisfaction.
- Promotion of a culture of continual improvement to increase the efficacy of the Quality Management System and the processes of our organization.
- Definition of quality goals, with this policy serving as the basis.
- Annual revision of this Quality Policy, orientating it toward continual improvement.
The achievement of these guidelines is, above all, the responsibility of Management. All technical and training resources necessary for compliance with this Quality Policy must therefore be made available to the staff by Management.
